5 Cat Myth Busters
Turns out that what you thought about cats... could be a myth.
Turns out that what you thought about cats... could be a myth.
This is not true at all. Yes, cats may purr when they are happy, but they often do it when they are scared. It is almost like a self-defense mechanism for them. They might also purr if they feel sick, threatened or even when they are in pain. You know after you stubbed your toe you hop on one foot holding you toe to stop the pain? It's kind of like that for cats, but instead, they purr!
100% False. It's proven- cats can be trained as easily as dogs can. Why aren't many cats trained? Because many people don't try, or believe in this myth. But also- isn't your cat already litter box trained?
Like all other creatures on this planet, cats have one life. For cats, 'Nine Lives' is just a way of saying they can survive many things other creatures may not, like a fall from the top of a Story Building.
Nope. They can't. It gives them a stomach ache, dairy products aren't the best for cats.
You may think this is true- I thought this was true for a while- but it turns out it's not. Cats often land on their feet, but they can sometimes land on their belly, bum and back. In fact, remember the cat that fell off of a 32-Story Building? It landed on it's belly.
That's all we've got for now! Stay tuned for more news coming your way!
