Garfield is one of the most famous cats comic strips ever. You may know that he loves lasagna, pizza, food, sleep, hates Mondays, Nermal, Anchovies and a lot more. But did you know these 7 Facts about Garfield?
7. Lyman Was Only In The Strip Because Jon Needed Someone To Communicate With
Early on in the strip, Garfield didn't communicate Jon. That's why the creator of the comic strip ad Lyman, someone for Jon to communicate with! But once the creator found a way for Garfield and Jon to communicate, he kicked Lyman out of the strip. This is why you won't see Lyman in the comic strips!
6. Odie Wasn't Introduced To The Comic Strip Until A Month After The Comic Strip Started

5. Garfield Almost Had His Own Waterpark
